Shipping policy

Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

​Domestic Shipping Rates & Delivery: We offer flat-rate shipping across New Zealand. Standard delivery typically takes 2 to 5 business days depending on your location.

​International Shipping: At this time, we only ship within New Zealand.

​Order Tracking: Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email containing a tracking link from our carrier so you can monitor its progress.

​Lost or Damaged Parcels: If your order arrives damaged in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and items so we can assist you with a replacement or claim. We are not responsible for delays caused by postal couriers or incorrect address details provided at checkout.
